Warranty

Our warranty covers all zippers, snaps, stitching, and construction.It does not cover tears in leather, soiling from liquids, weather-related deterioration, or misuse of the item. Normal wear and tear are also excluded and the item must not be altered in any way to be covered by our warranty.

 

Note: If it is determined that the item claimed under warranty does not meet our level of quality standards, we will repair and return the item to our customer. If the item is non-repairable, we will replace the item unless it has been discontinued or is out of stock. In this event, the item will be replaced with a product of equal value at our discretion.
