  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    Items must be in new and unused condition, with tags attached. – not washed or worn. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase and ONLY with a return authorization form provided by our team.

     

    We ask that customers cover the cost of return shipping, and we will cover the cost of shipping out to you your exchange. We provide a return label only in the case of damage, warranty, or shipping errors.

    Please allow 7-10 business days for your request to be processed.

  • HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

    All orders usually ship the same business day if placed before 3:00 PM EST. Weekends Excluded.

  • HOW DO YOU SHIP THE ORDERS?

    We ship domestic orders via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. PO Box ship to addresses must select USPS as their shipping method. International shipments are sent via USPS First Class International or USPS International Priority.

  • CAN I GET MY ORDER ANY FASTER?

    Have your order shipped to the billing address, verify all information is accurate at check out, and select one of the following expedited shipping methods before processing your payment.

  • CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT STATE OR ADDRESS FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

    You may ship to any address you wish. Please note if you ship to an alternative address, we may require additional identity verification and you may be contacted by our verification team. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available by phone number or email address that you provide so that we are able to contact you if need be. Please note that if our verification team is unable to contact you, this could cause delays in the processing of your order or lead to cancellation of your order.

  • I PAID FOR NEXT DAY AIR SERVICE AND MY ORDER DIDN’T ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER, WHY?

    We ship orders Monday through Friday and the cut off time to process your order same day is 3pm. Next Day Air Service means your order will be delivered the following business day. If you place your Next Day Air order Friday night, it will ship Monday morning, and be delivered on Tuesday. Once packagesare picked up by our carrier, they are responsible for the package.

  • CAN I MAKE A CHANGE ON MY ORDER, ADD AN ITEM, OR MAKE AN ADDRESS CORRECTION?

    All orders that are processed successfully go directly to our warehouse for fulfillment within minutes after the order is placed to get it shipped to you as quick as possible. We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to our warehouse. Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order.

  • HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    All orders that are processed successfully go directly to our warehouse for fulfillment within minutes after the order is placed to get it shipped to you as quick as possible. We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to our warehouse. Please make sure all information is accurate when placing your order.

  • WILL YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES? HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

    We ship all over the world! All international orders are shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or
    DHL. The website will determine the actual shipping cost at check out. Due to high shipping costs. International orders are eligible for exchange only, and all shipping cost/fees are the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds will be issued for international orders.

  • WILL I BE EMAILED MY TRACKING NUMBER ONCE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

    Yes, we will email you your tracking
    number once it is assigned and handed over to the warehouse for shipment. Please note,although your order has been marked shipped and you receive this email confirmation, please allow up to 48-72 hours for tracking activity to follow.

  • I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, OR MY ADDRESS IS INCOMPLETE WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO TO HAVE THE SHIP TO ADDRESSS CORRECTED?

    We are unable to modify any order once it has been placed and handed to our warehouse for fulfillment. Please give us a call so we may contact the carrier. A Reroute fee or address correction fee will be charged to have the address changed as well as additional shipping cost.

  • I REJECTED MY PACKAGE WHEN A DELIVER ATTEMPT WAS MADE, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE PACKAGE? WILL I HAVE A FULL REFUND ISSUED?

    If your package is rejected upon delivery, it will be returned to our warehouse and your initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
