Awesome customer service

I bought these cute boots, they came when promised and packaged very well. They were just a described and pictured. Unfortunately they were too small and the next size up would have been too large and others I liked were out of stock in my size. Contacted customer service and they were great. No Hassel with the return or refund. Only thing is I had to pay to ship them back but it's ok after all they aren't Amazon. At least they don't charge a restock fee like some places. I will gladly shop here again.
